Delete your EntHire account
EntHire, Staffactory’s app for candidates, signs you in with your Staffactory candidate account. Deleting that account in one place deletes it everywhere.
How to delete it
- In the app: open EntHire, go to Settings, then Delete account, and confirm with your password.
- In the web portal: sign in, open My profile, then Account, then Delete account, and confirm with your password.
- By email: write to contact@staffactory.com from the address on your account. We verify the request before deleting anything, as our Privacy Policy describes.
What is deleted
- Your profile and sign-in details.
- Your resume and every document you uploaded.
- Your applications, including the Right-to-Represent details you confirmed and any EEO answers.
- Your chats with recruiters, with their attachments.
- Your notifications and your devices’ push-notification tokens.
- Any entry saved under exactly your account’s email address on the contact lists our recruiters use for outreach.
You are signed out on every device, and a deleted account cannot be restored.
When to email us instead
The app and the portal cannot delete your account while you have accepted an offer, are onboarding, or are working in a placement through Staffactory that has not ended. Once the placement ends, you can delete it yourself. Until then, or if your account is blocked or you cannot sign in, email contact@staffactory.com from the address on your account. We verify the request and then delete the account for you.
What we keep
- Placement records (the role, client company, dates, and pay rates of a placement you worked), without your name or contact details, because tax and employment law require us to keep them.
- Records a supplier or contractor partner submitted about you. Deleting your account does not remove them; email contact@staffactory.com to have those removed too.
Section 5 of our Privacy Policy explains how long we keep information. A client company you were already submitted to keeps what it received under its own policies.
