  • Validate whether tasks qualify as electrical work under Washington law, including low-voltage, signaling, or power-limited systems
  • Escalate, restrict, or halt work that exceeds the allowable scope of the supervised certification type
  • Maintain or support accurate and detailed logs of supervised electrical work hours for Field Service Technicians, categorized by specialty
  • Ensure all recorded hours:

o Are performed under proper supervision

o Align to the correct electrical specialty classification

o Meet Washington Labor & Industries (L&I) documentation requirements

  • Support preparation and validation of Affidavits of Experience for submission to Washington L&I
  • Partner with Electrical Program Administrator and trainees to ensure accurate and timely hour submission. Capture customer and service information required to support accurate invoicing.
  • Support audit readiness and ensure adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards
  • Identify and mitigate compliance risks

o Supervision requirements, trainee ratios, and compliance standards

  • Experience maintaining accurate documentation, logs, or compliance records
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience supervising electrical trainees or field-based technicians
  • Familiarity with Washington Affidavit of Experience requirements and specialty hour tracking
  • Experience working with low-voltage or power-limited systems
  • Background in compliance, audit, quality assurance, or regulatory oversight environments
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
